EVENTS
In addition to our online courses, we regularly organise workshops – both online and offline.
Always with the aim of providing you with new knowledge and perspectives on sustainable travel, intercultural dialogue and your role in the world.
Current Workshops
Burst the Bubble!
Especially today, we increasingly live in ‘bubbles’. The result: misunderstandings, conflicts and parallel realities that make it difficult to talk to each other.
We have designed a dual training programme that addresses exactly this issue and all the problems that go along with it.
Are you an activist, a changemaker and a young person who works with young people?
Apply now for our trainings in Germany and Spain that focus on connecting with yourself (mindfulness), others (dialogue) and the world (storytelling and human rights) in the context of peacebuilding.

Intercultural Partnerships and Volunteer Management
With the support of the DAAD and for DAAD alumni, we organise a series of workshops.
- Discover the importance of intercultural sensitivity and learn about best practices.
- Overcome potential obstacles and explore ethical decision-making processes in research and development projects.
- Gain insights from experienced guests and take part in discussions on volunteer management.
Stay tuned 🙂
We are planning right now our year 2025 even further. Subscribe to our Newsletter to stay tuned for more!

What next? How can I make a difference in this world?
talk & grow is your chance to find answers to these questions together with other travellers! With local and indigenous perspectives, we will look for solutions to global problems and find out what role you can play.

Conflict Sensitivity & Human Rights (English)
With the support of the DAAD and for DAAD alumni, we regularly organise a series of workshops.
- Development of conflict management skills that place human rights at the centre of effective project management
- Importance of conflict sensitivity, conflict analysis and more
- Non-violent communication and frameworks such as Do No Harm as tools
Erasmus Plus Training – Dialogue
Aside from the challenges we’re facing today — migration, climate change, conflict — Europe is also struggling with growing polarisation, social divisions, and rising extremist ideologies and violence. What does it even mean to be part of Europe in today’s world?
We explored these and other questions in a 6-day training course in Munich in October.
